The Foundation's charter focuses on supporting the deprived sections of society with the purpose of propelling socio-economic progress — creating opportunities that enhance quality of life and address the critical needs of the disadvantaged. Initiatives are designed, implemented, and reviewed in keeping with the principles of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Selected projects.
- Diagnostic Centre at Vinayak Hospital, Delhi — renovation of the diagnostic centre, undertaken in memory of the founder's mother.
- Micro School Initiative — donation of a transport vehicle to the Santosh Memorial Educational Society to support underprivileged children's access to schooling.
- Clean & Cold Drinking Water — installation of clean-water systems at institutes, in support of healthy and safe living.
